The Hazmat Commission consists of working groups assigned to specific projects or new challenges.
We meet twice a year, with our member countries serving as hosts on a rotating basis. The Hazmat Commission is also using various types of media to interact with the working groups between our meetings.
The Hazmat Commission outputs in various ways. Lessons learned from the member countries are disseminated at a national level. Articles are produced on different topics and there is active participation in other Commissions and international groups to help our worldwide firefighter family provide a safer and more secure way of life.
