Please observe, there is no need to take a taxi if you arrive from the airport. There is a train from the airport which will take you right there - the hotel is located right next to the train station Brussels South / Midi.
From the airport Arrivals terminal, follow the signs with the symbol for trains. Use the escalators all the way down to the bottom floor, and you will then see the train station. There are manual ticket boots. Explain you want to go to the Brussel South station, and you will get the correct ticket and platform.
The train ride takes about 20 minutes.

Q-parking is available in the garage right outside the hotel for those who arrive by car.
