The Resilience Advisors Network (RAN

RAN is a group of more than 150 emergency, crisis and disaster management practitioners who come together to form expert teams wherever needed. The Network tackles any project, large or small, as long as it's designed to strengthen community, locality or infrastructure resilience from disasters and emergencies.

Specialists in research, policy setting, evaluation and training/education, Advisors come from a broad range of backgrounds, most holding senior positions in Emergency Management, Rescue Service or Civil Protection authorities.

The Resilience Advisors Network (RAN) also manages the Crisis Management Innovation Network (Europe) (known as CMINE) on behalf of the European Commission.  CMINE is a network where people from across EVERY aspect of crisis and disaster management come together to network, communicate and hold events to encourage innovation in all aspects of our profession.
