On behalf of the CTIF and the Austrian Federal Fire Brigade Association, we cordially invite the representatives of the National Committee and Associated Members as well as the Executive Committee to participate in the CTIF Delegates' Assembly 2023 in Vienna, Austria.
Program for CTIF delegates
Tuesday, June 13
• Arrival of the members of the CTIF Executive Committee, delegates
Wednesday, 14th June
• from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Meeting of the CTIF Executive Committee in the Vienna
City Hall
• from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Official CTIF dinner (in uniform, if available)
in the Vienna Fire Brigade Museum.
Thursday, 15th June
• from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Delegates’ Assembly meeting in the Flag Hall of the
Vienna City Hall

2.2 - Languages
The CTIF Assembly of Delegates will be held in English, with French and German simultaneous translations.

A limited number of paid parking spaces are available at the hotel or in a nearby parking
garage.
Ticketing
We ask all participants to book their hotel rooms by May 3, 2023 at the latest.
The reservation of the hotel is possible via the attached booking form. Cancellation free of
charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the room price for the entire stay will be charged.
