The Official CTIF Dinner will be held in the evening of Wednesday June 14. The yearly Delegates Assembly meeting for 2023 will be held at Vienna City Hall on Thursday June 15, 08:30 - 5 pm, CET.

On behalf of the CTIF and the Austrian Federal Fire Brigade Association, we cordially invite the representatives of the National Committee and Associated Members as well as the Executive Committee to participate in the CTIF Delegates' Assembly 2023 in Vienna, Austria.
Program for CTIF delegates
Tuesday, June 13
• Arrival of the members of the CTIF Executive Committee, delegates
Wednesday, 14th June
• from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Meeting of the CTIF Executive Committee in the Vienna
• from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Official CTIF dinner (in uniform, if available)
in the Vienna Fire Brigade Museum.
Thursday, 15th June
• from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Delegates’ Assembly meeting in the Flag Hall of the
Vienna City Hall

2.2 - Languages
The CTIF Assembly of Delegates will be held in English, with French and German simultaneous translations.
2.3 - Accommodation for delegates
Recommended hotel for all participants: Motel One Wien-Prater
Address: Motel One Vienna-Prater, Ausstellungsstraße 40, 1020 Vienna, Austria.
The Motel One is centrally located in Vienna, near the Wiener Prater.
Transport to the events will be provided.
Special accomodation prices for CTIF members
• Single room (1 adult): €107.20 per room/night, breakfast included
• Double room (2 adults): €143.62 per room/night, breakfast included
A limited number of paid parking spaces are available at the hotel or in a nearby parking
We ask all participants to book their hotel rooms by May 3, 2023 at the latest.
The reservation of the hotel is possible via the attached booking form. Cancellation free of
charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the room price for the entire stay will be charged.
2.4 - Transportation, airport shuttle
Please arrange your own travel from the airport to the hotel.

• Lunch only (June 15, 2023): EUR 45 (Vienna City Hall)
• Official dinner (June 14, 2023) & Delegates Assembly incl. lunch (June 15th, 2023):
EUR 170,- (Vienna Fire Brigade Museum and Vienna City Hall)

We offer you a free shuttle service from Hotel Motel One to the official dinner and back, as
