We would like to inform you about the 2026 Energy Transition Summit: Guiding a Safe Energy Transition, which will take place from 9 to 11 September 2026 at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

The Summit will bring together international fire and rescue service leaders, researchers, policymakers, regulators, and industry experts to discuss how the transition towards cleaner energy can be implemented safely and sustainably, particularly from the perspective of fire and life safety.

The Energy Transition Summit brings together a global community of leaders to address one of the most critical challenges of our time: ensuring that the transition to cleaner energy is both sustainable and safe.

Hosted by the Fire Protection Research Foundation (FPRF) in partnership with NFPA, this three-day event at Oxford University will provide a comprehensive, end-to-end view of the energy transition, focusing on how fire, electrical, and life safety must be integrated at every stage.
