Dear colleagues,
I would like to warmly invite you to the upcoming online meeting of the CTIF Fire Prevention Commission, scheduled for 8 April 2026 (13:00–14:30 CET).
In recent months, it has become clear that the role of fire prevention is only gaining importance. New risks are emerging. At the same time, expectations towards our profession are growing—both from the public and decision-makers.
Because of this, I believe it is important that we keep the Commission active, connected, and forward-looking.
This meeting is not only about updates, but about revitalising our work together:
- exchanging what is happening in different countries,
- identifying common challenges,
- and, importantly, finding areas where we can work more closely as a Commission.
I would especially encourage you to join the discussion part of the meeting. Even brief input from your side can help us better understand the broader picture and determine where to focus our efforts next.
We are also starting to think about our next in-person meeting (November 2026), which I see as a good opportunity to strengthen cooperation further and give new momentum to the Commission.
Your participation truly matters. The strength of this Commission depends on the engagement of its members, and I am convinced we can achieve more if we stay active and connected.
Looking forward to seeing you online.
Kind regards
