On behalf of the International Association of Fire and Rescue Services (CTIF), we invite you to participate in the European Fire Sport Championships for men, women, and youth, which will be held from August 17 to 23, 2026 in Ostrava, Czechia.
The hosting and organization of the European Fire Sport Championship for men, women and youth were kindly accepted by the Association of Voluntary Firefighters of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
General information about the event
The championship will be held at the Athletics Stadium of the Poruba Sports Complex – SAREZA, Ostrava, Czechia, under the CTIF International Competition Rules for Fire Sports.

This event is held with local modifications approved by the CTIF International Commission for Fire Sports, in the following four disciplines:
1. Climbing on an Assault Ladder to the Training Tower
2. 100-Meter Obstacle Course
3. 4x100-Meter Fire Relay Race with Obstacles
4. Combat Deployment from a Motor Pump
The sports delegation of each team may include the following members: team leader – 1; men's coach – 1; women's coach – 1; junior men's coach – 1; junior women's coach – 1; medical person/masseur – 2; judge – 1 up to 2; driver – 2; competitors: men – 10; women – 10; junior men – 9; junior women – 9.
The duly completed Competition Application for the National Team must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
