The 16th Symposium of the Youth Leader Commission - May 29 - June 1 in Bulgaria

Dear Commission members,

by decision of the International Youth Leader Commission may I invite all national associations
of CTIF for the 16th symposium of the International Youth Leader Commission.

The organization of the 16th symposium has kindly taken over the Directorate General Fire
Safety and Civil Protection - Ministry of Interior - Republic of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian
Firesport Federation.

From each national association c 3 teenagers (14 to 18 years) an participate and 2 supervisors (at least 18 years).

The participation fee is 130,00 € per person. This fee includes accommodation in Training Center Bulgarian Red Cross, all meals, program and gifts.
 

The program can be found in the attachment.
 

The registration of the nation with the names of the participants is made via the attached table
until 1st April 2025
 

I thank Directorate General Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Ministry of Interior - Republic of
Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Firesport Federation for taking over the organization of the event and
look forward to many registrations.

Arrival:

Directorate General Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Ministry of Interior- Republic of Bulgaria will organize transfer for the participants of the symposium from Sofia airport to Bulgarian Red Cross Training Center.

Participation fees:

Participants of Symposium: 130,00 EUR per person for 

• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, activities and excursions for all days. It starts with dinner on 29th May and ends with breakfast on 1st June

Commission members: 200,00 EUR per person , including: 

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, meeting, activities and excursions for all days. It starts with dinner on 28th May and ends with breakfast on 1st June

Language: 

As an event language ENGLISH is specified. 

There are only translations from Bulgarian to English. 

All presentations, greetings and speeches are held in ENGLISH. 

The workshops decide in the respective group itself through language.

Preparation:

Each nation reports on Saturday morning about current information of youth fire brigade work in their nation. 

A maximum of 10 minutes per nation is available for this.
